Each individual contributor will receive a special certificate from the project MSG'08 verifying the authenticity of the message and detailing of the capsules and the date they will be opened. This certificate can be presented on to your children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other descendants in anticipation of the unearthing of the capsule.
The ten most significant historians will be notified of the whereabouts of each capsule. They will be asked to pass along the information for the next 80 years. On 2089 each capsule will be opened…

The project MSG'08 will collect up to 50,000 messages from people like you all over the world. Each message will be transcribed on specially treated paper. Duplicates will be made and placed in four individual titanium capsules. The capsules will be buried 30 feet in the ground on four continents ▼
